4 Sessions - Individual Counselling

Service Description

Give yourself 4 sessions to see what we can accomplish together! Want to try my Mindset & Accountability Coaching or Counselling services without a long-term commitment? This package is for you. You will receive 4, hour-long sessions in addition to: Check-in calls or text messages, access by email in-between sessions to help with baseline, goal setting & progress. This is an integrated session where based on where you are we can focus on life coaching or counselling techniques to help you move through your process. Fees Payable, by credit card, or Interac direct deposit online. Rescheduling and Appointment Changes A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for appointment changes. You will be charged for any missed appointments or sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance.
