I'm grad that I came back to the book club.
Sorry for the last minute booking but thank you.
I took myself out with my budgies.
Sitting in nature gave me completely different feeling.
Sound of nature, open view, feel fresh wind on my skin, cold river water, smell of nature, and taking my shoes off gave me freedom! Except great pain in the ass for sitting on rocks but I didn't want to touch any man made staff!
And my budgies with me.
Reading any book is very difficult for me.
Reading CPTSD book is really difficult for me.
I set my iPhone to read screen so one chapter finishes around one hour but if I read by myself, one week is not long enough. But I made it.
And discussing the chapter together makes me feel better "NORMAL", I'm not the only one.
I'm booked for the next week.
