Hi everyone,

I'm adding a late comment as I get caught up on Ch 1. The 'Kathleen' example is potent as the seemingly meaningless, supposedly supportive comment is the one that burrows a hole deep inside us where it gnaws for years - I recall such comments from my parents and my last partner. Questions that come to kind: What would it be like to address such comments in the moment? What would it take to be present with my words today to ensure I don't stick someone with something icky?
