Requirements

Commitment to Attendance:
It is vital that you attend every session, arrive on time, and stay for the entire session. By not attending a session you will miss valuable education, tools, techniques and ability to practice in session as well as share with and listen to others in teh group. Additionally, absence, late arrival, or early leaving can disrupt the group.

Participate:
Group therapy doesn’t have much of a therapeutic effect if you do not participate! The potential for healing and growth rests on how you as group members are able to connect, share, and learn from one another. It is essential for all group members to truly participate for this treatment to be effective. Speaking, sharing and being open and honest is very beneficial to your own healing process and is encouraged. You will get out of the group what put in. Participation is key!

Maintain Confidentiality:
It is essential that everything said in this group therapy is kept private by all group members. Failing to adhere to this rule can undermine trust within the group and hinder attempts to heal.
